Thank you for choosing bubbletics.com. This policy outlines our return and exchange process and conditions. Please read it carefully before placing your order to ensure you understand the terms.

1. Scope of Returns and Exchanges
   We accept returns and exchanges for the following situations:
   Product is unused and in its original packaging.
   Product has manufacturing defects, is damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
   We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality issues caused by personal reasons.
2. Return Request Deadline
   All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the goods.
   Late requests will not be accepted.
   Please submit your return request via our customer service email, providing your order number and reason for return.
3. Return Process
   Contact customer service and submit a return request.
   Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return address.
   Return the goods intact as required (please keep the tracking number for future tracking).
   After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
4. Refund Instructions
   Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
   The refund amount is the price of the goods, excluding paid shipping fees (for returns not due to quality issues).
   If the return is due to damaged goods or incorrect shipment, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund.
5. Exchange Policy
   If the goods are defective or the wrong goods were shipped, you can apply for a free exchange.
   Exchanges require contacting our customer service team for authorization and returning the original goods within 14 days.
   We will arrange for reshipment as soon as possible after receiving the returned goods.
6. Precautions
   Please ensure the packaging is intact when returning goods to avoid secondary damage.
   Some special products may not be eligible for return; please refer to the product page for details.
   Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
